Fascinating facts about ferns! To know them is to love them. Learn about their ancient pedigree and how they reproduce. Get to know fern structure—how to find the fertile fronds. Where do they grow, you ask? Forests, bogs, fields, rock faces… and shade borders! Advice on where and when to plant them, maintaining and dividing them, and dealing with pests and problems. Learn how to enhance your garden with over 18 individual ferns, including pictures and growing information.
MEETING LOCATION & TIME:
We will be meeting in person at Bonar Parkdale Presbyterian Church, 250 Dunn Ave, just South of Queen Street West.
Arrive after 6:30 PM for refreshments and socializing; the meeting starts at 7:30PM.
We will also be holding the meeting online through Zoom. Members will be sent the link in the newsletter in the week leading up to the meeting.
