The Ontario government regulations (ONCA) have required that all non-profits align to new requirements for Constitutions by October of this year.

At the May 27th, 2024 meeting, Hort members will be asked to vote on any changes made to our Constitution to comply with these new guidelines.

The constitution has been amended to include the changes and additions requested by  the government and has also had some outdated sections updated. All changes and additions are indicated with red text.
