Submission Guidelines

Members are encouraged to submit articles about things of interest to gardeners and contributions for specific columns such as Plant of the Month or Veritable Veggies. The latter can be about any aspect of your favourite plant or veggie. Articles should be no longer that 1500 words and submissions for the Plant of the Month or Veritable Veggies should be no longer than 300 words.

Newsletter Deadlines vary between the third and fifth of the month to take into consideration the floating meeting date of the general meeting. The last Monday of the month can fall as early as the 26th of the month.

Images
It is always best to send along images with your submission if they are available. We require a jpeg file of a minimum 1000K and not more than 3MB if possible. Please consult with the editor or design team before forwarding large files. All images should be in colour unless they are heritage files. Please include suggested captions to identify the images especially if you are sending more than one image.
