Garden Tour

The Hort Garden Tour, an annual event held in early June, is open to both Hort members and the public. Get ideas for the coming season, relax with old friends and meet new ones while getting acquainted with one of Toronto’s many charming neighbourhoods. It is a walking tour so slip into comfortable shoes, don your favourite hat and bring along the sunscreen.

 

 

Garden Tour 2009 Information

To celebrate our 175th Anniversary, we have chosen the beautiful gardens on the west side of High Park in Swansea. For those who purchased gift certificates they can be exchanged the day of the tour for the actual ticket at The Royal Canadian Legion at 72 Durie St (at Deforest). The ticket contains the map and a brief description of the gardens on the route. For more information, to purchase tickets, or to arrange for ticket pick up, call Lillian Brown at 416-534-4043.

 

The Garden Tour is a major source of funding for Hort activities, especially the community garden projects. Your support is very much appreciated.
